Amenities include a 3,558-square-foot, zero-entry swimming pool with interactive water features, a nearly 1,100 square foot covered picnic pavilion, a multipurpose playing field, and an observation deck. The 3,690-square foot pool building will contain locker rooms, a pool equipment room and storage. The Summit Club is a year round facility--the pool is seasonal from Memorial to Labor Day.
