CPHA dues are assessed according to whether the home is a custom or cluster property and are due by the end of the month or the 31st.  Sub Association dues are payable to your individual sub association and are not collected by the Master Association - please contact your sub association if you need assistance.

Monthly assessments can be withdrawn automatically from your account.  Please download the Automatic Assessments Withdrawal form and return to Carol Tilton at the CPHA office.
