    Board meetings
    Board meetings are scheduled for 8:00 am on the third Friday of every month.  The meetings are open to homeowners.  Please contact CPHA office or check the calendar on this website to confirm day and time as they are subject to change.

    Click on the link to the left of this page to access archived board documents such as past minutes and agendas. Please note that minutes for the current month are not posted until approved at the next month's board meeting.

    The five member Board of Directors governs and provides leadership to the Homes Association.   Elected by Village residents, Board members serve 3 year terms.
