New Residents:
The
Welcome Committee has a package for you containing valuable information,
coupons from area merchants, and maps. We also
have an invitation to our next reception where you can get
to know other newcomers as well as long time Village
residents! Please call Susan Clifford at (303)
660-6323 for your package and invitation!
We also invite
you to our receptions where you can meet your new neighbors.
Invitations are mailed out prior to the event and request
RSVPs. For more information, packets, or RSVPs, contact
Please call Susan Clifford 303-660-6323
or Carol Kingery at 303-688-2669.
Protect Your Pets! Please take care to not let
your pets roam free within the Village, or unattended for
extended periods of time in your backyard. What makes our
neighborhood unique is our diverse and beautiful wildlife,
but in choosing to live here we must also learn to co-exist
with the wildlife and understand that predators such as
coyotes, bobcats, and birds of prey will attack and kill
cats and small dogs if given the opportunity. An electric
fence keeps a pet in the yard but does not deter a wild
animal from entering! And do not put pet food outside which
attracts animals. Note that our covenants state that
household pets are not to be left outside unattended.
Need a New Mail Box Flag? CPV covenants require a
particular type of mailbox and accompanying mailbox flag.
Replacement mailboxes can be purchased directly from Accent
Mail Boxes at 303.733.3993. However, the red flags can be
purchased at the Homes Association office for $15 cash or
check.
