Pool Hours: Canyon Club pool: Sunday thru Thursday 10am-8pm Friday and Saturday 10am-9pm Village Lake Fitness Center Pool: Daily 5am until 10pm

The CPHA respectfully requests that as a courtesy to your fellow residents, if you are not going to use your chair, lounge, or table for a number of hours, please do not reserve it by placing towels or other personal objects on them.
We have notified the lifeguards that if they see towels or other personal items on chairs unattended for hours on end, they can assume they have been left and should be put in lost and found. Thank you for your cooperation in helping to make the pool facility accessible and enjoyable for all.

Canyon Club Field Soccer

The Association receives many requests from organized youth sports teams for permission to use the Canyon Club play field for organized practice on a semi-exclusive basis.  The following forms are required to reserve the multi-purpose field.  Field use document

TEAM QUALIFICATIONS

In order to receive consideration, a team seeking to use the field must meet two conditions:  First, the team roster must include a significant number of Village-resident children;

Second, at least one coach or assistant coach must be a Village resident and must be willing to accept responsibility for the team when it uses the Association facilities.

REGISTRATION OF TEAM MEMBERS; RESPONSIBILITY

The Village-resident team coach is the designated team sponsor and, following receipt of a team reservation but before the commencement of practices, is personally responsible for providing to the Association’s Emergency Services Department a roster of all team members.  Team members from outside the Village are admitted to the Village as the sponsor’s guests.  Guests and sponsors are subject to the regular Association Rules & Regulations.  The essence of the Rules is “use common sense and extend courtesy and consideration to Village residents and other guests.”  Copies of the actual Rules can be had at the Association office.

Team member guests and their parents are to enter the Village through Gate 4 and announce themselves to the gate officer as team members en route to practice at the Canyon Club.  The gate officer will verify membership by reference to the team roster.  Rosters must be updated when team composition or coaching staff changes.

COST, RESPONSIBILITY FOR PICK-UP AND DAMAGE REPAIR

There is no fee for use of the play fields.  However, each team and its sponsor, personally, are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the fields and Association-provided equipment and, also, the repair of any damage caused by the team’s use of the facilities.  Upkeep generally means “pick up after yourself and your teammates” and “fix what you break;” it does not extend to mowing grass or emptying trash cans!
