Fee Structure, Architectural & Landscape Modifications

The current Design Review Fee Structure was approved by the Design Review Committee and is effective as of January 1, 2009. Click on the link above to view fees for both architectural and landscaping review.

Single family custom / spec home review fees are based on appropriate and reasonable number of reviews by the Design Review Committee.

Fees are based on value of the home and lot at completion.
