The following activities must be submitted, reviewed and approved by the Design Review Committee (DRC) prior to the initiation of any work
- All new construction
- Exterior improvements to an existing property
- New landscaping installations
- Revised landscaping
Planning a Remodeling Project?
If you are planning an addition to your home, new or additional landscaping, or are considering installing a play set, fire pit or other recreational equipment, please don’t forget to contact the CPHA’s Design Review Committee. All exterior modifications to your home including the addition of any structure to the exterior must be approved by the DRC in advance. The DRC is a five member panel whose general purpose is to ensure all development and exterior modifications within Castle Pines Village comply with the requirements of our Development and Design guidelines. The DRC team will walk you through the process, come to your home to review the project, and work with your landscapers on the approved plant list.
