The Design Review Committee (DRC)
committee’s function is to promulgate design guidelines for the
Village, review and approve all development within the Village, and
enforce the Guidelines during construction or renovation of
improvements including both architectural and landscape
improvements. |
Our goal is to preserve and protect property values and quality
of life in the Village by controlling the appearance, condition, and
use of the land, building, landscape, and other improvements within
the Village.
