Castle Pines Village maintains its own in-house Emergency Services department, which supplements the services provided by Douglas County and South Metro Fire Rescue Authority. Castle Pines Emergency Services (CPES) is responsible for providing Safety, Security, and Service to the residents and visitors of Castle Pines Village. Funded by homeowner assessments, CPES is staffed around-the-clock, including holidays. CPES dispatch and administrative offices are located in the CPHA building.
Services Include:
- 24 hour, 7 day a week access control
- Transponders & Access Control cards
- Routine security patrol
- Alarm monitoring
- Certified Emergency Medical Technicians
- Home vacation monitoring
Covenant Enforcement – At the direction of the CPHA, CPES helps to monitor the Village for covenant violations.
Wildlife problems – CPES officers have been trained by the Division of Wildlife to handle most wildlife-related problems.
Vehicle Problems – We are available to help with minor vehicle problems, such as jump starts and road side safety.
Assistance – CPES officers often can assist in solving minor problems with alarm systems, shutting off water, gas, etc.
Real Estate Appraisals – Real estate appraisers conduct appraisals of homes within the Village. As a part of those appraisals, the appraisers make photos of comparable properties. If you would prefer that your home not be photographed for this purpose, call dispatch so your address can be added to the “do not photograph” list.
