Castle Pines Village Emergency Notification


Castle Pines Homes Association, in an effort to notify residents in the event of an emergency situation, are in the process of implementing an Emergency Notification System (Reverse 911) designed to notify you at telephone numbers you choose.  By providing the requested information we will be able to provide you emergency information at the emergency number at which you choose to be notified.  You may provide only two numbers, for example, your home number may be used for both emergency or non-emergency or you may choose another number for emergency only where you may be reached the highest percentage of the time.   Please provide the following information, sign and date this form and drop it off at Emergency Services Headquarters, any access control gate, the Homes Association Office, or the Village Lakes Fitness Center.  In addition this system can be used by the Homes Association to provide you with information of a non-emergency nature.  If you have any questions or comments please contact Chief Mark Larson or Lt.
