The Enforcement Committee conducts monthly hearings to determine whether alleged violations of the Covenants in Castle Pines Declaration and/or Association Rules and Regulations have occurred and, if so, to impose sanctions including fines or other penalties on those in violation. The committee meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, 3 pm at the CPHA office.
