How do I clear a guest or service personnel (ie: cleaning company or repair service) to enter the Village?
Because Castle Pines Village is a gated community, you must either enter in your guests through QuickPass or call Dispatch at 303-688-6447 to give clearance to any guests or service personnel prior to their arrival. Calling in advance allows them prompt access to your home. Access may be denied if you fail to contact us and we are unable to contact you upon their arrival. For more information click on Emergency Service's Access Control
Who is responsible for the snowplowing in the Village?
The CPHA does NOT provide snowplowing in the Village. The Metro District is responsible for snowplowing collector roads and local roads and cul-de-sacs that are maintained by Metro. Metro does not plow private roads, common driveways or sub association roads. Several of the sub associations in the Village contract with a private service to plow their streets. Please contact your sub association representative for more information.
Snowplowing schedule and roads. Roads are plowed based on a priority system and according to weather conditions. Snowplowing questions or concerns contact the Metro District: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm: 303-688-8330. After hour calls will be forwarded to an on-call supervisor through Metro's answering service. The Homeowner’s Directory is published once a year in December by an independent publisher, Sponsored Publications. Participation in the directory is entirely voluntary and the Caste Pines Homes Association does NOT provide any resident information to the publisher. As a matter of policy the CPHA never releases homeowner information to any outside organization or individual. It is the Resident's responsibility to participate in the directory and to provide the correct information. In addition, current directory listings will carry over to the new directory unless you notify the publisher of a change. The Homes Association is not responsible for entries or omissions in the directory. Public county records are utilized by the publisher. Although the publisher checks the public county listings against county transaction records and phone company records; divorce, birth and death records are not monitored by the publisher. If any of these events have altered your listing, or you wish to be removed from the directory, please notify the publisher. For more information please contact Sponsored Publications directly at (303) 758-0718 or www.ourneighborhooddirectory.org
