The Castle Pines Hikers’ Club takes pleasure hikes
over the spring and summer months in our beautiful
Colorado countryside. Our schedule includes
approximately two hikes per month. All adults are
welcome, along with their adult guests. Sorry, no teens,
children or dogs. (Click the hiking photo on the upper
right to enlarge.)
Hiking dates and meeting times will be posted on this
page, and each hike will be described on Channel 22 at
least one week before the hike date. There are no fees
for club participation, but park entry fees may be
required on occasion. Hikers should make sure they have
sturdy, comfortable shoes, and should bring water,
jacket, sun-block, band-aids, snacks, and any other
hiking necessities for themselves. A first aid kit is
also recommended.
Time and Place to Meet: We meet at he parking lot
across from the fire station on the south side of Happy
Canyon Road at the time posted for each hike. (usually
6:00, 7:00, or 8:00 a.m.) We will
leave on time! Please be prepared to drive
your car with riders to the hike location.
