New Residents – Homeowner's Directory

Sponsored Publications is the publisher of the Castle Pines Village Homeowner Directory.  The directory is published one time per year in December. The CPHA does not provide the directory’s publisher with resident information.  It is the resident’s responsibility to participate and provide correct information.    Current directory listings will carry over to the new directory unless you notify the publisher of a change. 

The Homes Association is not responsible for entries or omissions in the directory.  The publisher utilizes public county records.  Although the publisher checks the listings against county transaction records and phone company records, the publisher does not monitor divorce, birth and death records.  If any of these events have altered your listing preference, please notify the publisher directly.  For more information, contact Sponsored Publications directly at 303-726-2034.

Homeowner Directory’s are available to residents only at the Homes Association office.
