Telephone Entry System

A Telephone Entry System has been installed at Gate 3 to provide guests with another means of access. This system will provide communication for your guest from the gate to your home by phone. Your name and telephone number will be programmed into the telephone entry system under a specific DIRECTORY CODE. This directory code will be 4 digits long. When a guest comes to visit you, they will look your name up in a directory. Your DIRECTORY CODE will be shown to the right of your name. Your guest will enter this code on the system keypad that will cause the system to place a call to your designated phone number. This system is equipped with a CALL button. When your name is displayed in the directory, the guest can press the CALL button to establish communication with your home. Once you have answered the phone call and you have identified your guest, you have the choice to either grant access or deny access to your guest.
If you have any questions regarding the use or operation of this system, or to request a participation form please call Emergency Services at 303-688-6447.

Policy Regarding Access to the Village for Contractors & Deliveries

View Policy Document Here.

All contractors, service providers, moving vans and oversize delivery vehicles are
only allowed in the Village between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm MONDAY through
SATURDAY. Such services are prohibited on the following national holidays: New
Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and
Christmas. Exceptions may be made for delivery of interior household items or interior work before the hour of 7:00am and after 6:00pm Monday through Saturday and on Sunday which does not create exterior noise or disruption upon approval of Emergency Services. Such services are prohibited on the recognized national holidays listed above. Exceptions will be made in cases of emergency repairs (i.e. water leaks, electrical problems, loss of phone service, etc.) upon approval of Emergency Services.

Avoid Delays and Lines at the Gates  Clear Your Guests in Advance

ES recommends clearing your visitors through QuickPass at least 30 minutes in advance of their arrival or as soon as you know when they are coming, even several days in advance. Please make sure your guests know your full name and address - this will enable the gate officer to quickly identify and locate your guest clearance permissions, and get your guests through the gates faster.
