Established by the CPHA Board in June 2004, the Long Range Planning and Finance Committee (LRP&F) was charged with oversight of both current and long term budgeting and spending in the Village.  The Committee immediately began to involve all Village committees in the budgeting process.  This inclusion allowed the committees to take control of and responsibility for their budgets.

The committee meets on the 3rd or 4th Monday of the month, 7 am at the CPHA office.  Date and time are subject to change.  Please contact the CPHA office for updated scheduling.
