Your monthly CPHA fees include basic cable service, channels 0-99 only, from Comcast Cable. Village homes are activated by Comcast to provide this service. If you wish to order additional services from Comcast, such as expanded channel programming, internet service or phone service you will need to contact Comcast directly for packages and pricing at 303.930.2000.

Unable to receive a TV signal for Channels 0-99?
Brand new homes may still require outside activation at the cable pedestal if the builder has not yet notified Comcast at the home's completion. Or Comcast my have inadvertently disconnected the basic cable service to the home when the previous homeowner moved out and canceled their other Comcast services at that address. If you are unable to receive a television signal for channels 0-99 please contact Comcast's customer service at 303-930-2000 and ask for a serviceability request.Comcast will dispatch a service contractor to activate the cable line outside of your home within typically 3 to 5 working days. We also recommend that you schedule an installer to do a check of your home's wall jacks to ensure reliable connectivity.
