CP Emergency Services – Gate Locations & Hours

Castle Pines Emergency Services (CPES) controls entry into Castle Pines Village through five access gates.  Gates 1, 2, 3 and 4 are located off Happy Canyon Road.  Gate 5 is accessed from Lagae Road, off Castle Pines Parkway.

Each gate has two designated entry lanes.  Visitors and service personnel requiring clearance must use the left entrance lane.  Residents with programmed transponders should use the automated right entry lane.

All guests must enter through a staffed gate (see gate hours below).  To enter through a gate that is un-staffed your guest must have an access code.  See the options for gate clearance listed below to determine the best option for your guest(s)

Castle Pines Village is a gated community. You must call Dispatch at 303-688-6447 to give clearance to any guests or service personnel prior to their arrival. Calling in advance allows them prompt access to your home. Access may be denied if you fail to contact us and we are unable to contact you upon their arrival.

    GATE HOURS

*Only residents and guests with an Access Code can enter through an un-staffed gate. After hours access through these gates will be by transponder or access code only.

    Gate 1: 24 hours a day
Gate 2: 2Always Unstaffed (Transponder, Telephone Entry System or Access Code Only)
    Gate 3: 6:30 am - 10:00 pm (Mon-Sat Only; Unstaffed on Sunday)
    Gate 4: 6:30 am - 10:00 pm
    Gate 5: 6:30 am - 10:00 pm

    GATE CLEARANCE

Residents are encouraged to use the QuickPass website for guest clearance and to obtain access codes for their guest(s).  An Access Code is a 4-digit number that can be obtained by logging on to the QuickPass website or by calling ES Dispatch at 303-688-6447.  The QuickPass Access Control system allows residents to quickly and easily add guests and service providers that will be visiting their home, obtain Access Codes for visitors to enter through a gate after hours, and to update resident contact information all from the convenience of your home computer.   Residents will still have the capability of calling ES for guest access; however using utilizing the QuickPass website will eliminate waiting during peak periods when calling Dispatch.

Frequently Asked Questions about Access Codes and Gate Access

I live right inside Gate 5. How do I get a pizza delivered to my house without sending the delivery guy all the way to Gate One?
For a food delivery to your home, call dispatch and a pin number can be provided to you within minutes and activated at the time of your call. Then simply call the restaurant and provide the address for delivery along with the 4-digit access code for the delivery driver; make sure to let them know to enter the pin number at the key pad and then press the pound (#) sign.

My Housekeeper (or Nanny or Babysitter) comes to my house several times a week and we live right inside Gate 2 where should he/she enter?

All visitors including service providers must either enter through a staffed gate, for homes on the south side of Happy Canyon this would be Gate 4. If this individual comes frequently please take a moment to update your permanent guest list with ES to include this person so that they are in our system and can get quick entry from the gate officer at Gate 4. To update your standing guest list call ES at 303-688-6447. You can also call ES to get a one time use access code. Access cards are not sold to non-residents.

I am having a party. Can I get one pin number for all of my guests to use?
Absolutely! And it only takes a few minutes by phone. We recommend that you call the ES Administrator Emily Ostby several days or weeks in advance of your event. Consider putting the access code on your party invitation with instructions on how to enter the access code at the gate. This access code will only be good on the day of your event and will expire at midnight. Emily can be reached at 303-952-0924, Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm or by email to esadmin@castlepinesvillage.org

My house is hard to find from Gate One (North) and Gate four (South). Will the gate officer provide directions to my home?

We have upgraded the quality of maps that that the gate officers will use to provide directions to guests. Call ES Dispatch to provide your guest with a four digit pin number that they can use to access the Village through any gate whether it is staffed or not.
