The VCC was established in the spring of 2002 by the CPHA and the Metro District. The mission of this team is to use improved communications to create a greater sense of Community for residents of Castle Pines Village.
The Mission of the Village Communications Committee is to determine the best way to get the desired information to residents and other interested parties in a timely, cost effective, and compelling manner. We work to fulfill that mission through:
- Improving the overall communication of news, events, and life within the Village.
- Developing an on-going communication strategy for the newsletter, Channel 22, email blast and the Web Site, linking the sources of communication within the Village – CPHA, Metro District, Sub-associations, and others as appropriate
- Creating a greater sense of community.
The VCC is also responsible for the creation and distribution of a variety of information vehicles designed specifically for Village residents. These include, the bi-monthly Village Reporter print newsletter, the Village Weekly Email Newsletter, Channel 22 Village TV, gate signs at each of the gate entrances, and this web site.
All of the communication vehicles for the CPHA, follow specific editorial and content guidelines to present fair & balanced community news.
