TV and FM Transmitter at the Fitness Center
A TV & FM transmitter system is installed in the cardio room at the Village Lakes Fitness Center. This enables you to listen to the station that is presently being shown on the TV through your headphones, and at the volume of your choice. Either tune your headphones to the designated 103.1 FM station, or you can simply plug your headphones into the small box attached to the main console if you are using a cardio machine. It is a universal jack and you can use headphones from your own ipod or walkman, or those available for checkout from the front desk. The receiver device attached to the cardio machines also has the added feature of allowing you to listen to the FM radio station of your choice, too.

Village Lake Fitness Center Card Access System and Extended Hours
A card access system has been installed at the Village Lake Fitness Center. The facility is open from 5am to 10pm seven days a week. The front desk is staffed for shorter periods, six days a week. There is video monitoring by Emergency Services. The process for receiving a card: Authorized users must fill out a new Fitness Center waiver form and bring it, with a current gate card, to Emergency Services on Happy Canyon Road for card activation. The new forms are available at the Fitness Center, Emergency Services, online and the CPHA office. There is no charge for activation. If you do not have a gate card, one may be purchased at Emergency Services ($5.00). Any questions, please contact the CPHA office.

There is no membership charge for homeowners,
but there are fees for “extras” such as fitness classes, and specialty seminars.

Age Policy: The Fitness Center is restricted to individuals 18 years and older. Children from 15 to 17 years old can use the facility when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Weather closure policy:
During bad weather, storms or other acts of nature, the hours of operation for the Village Lake Fitness Center will vary accordingly. You may contact the fitness center to verify if they are open before you venture out.  (Holiday Schedule below)
